Just wow:

I still have yet to find many words to articulate how incredible my senior performance at Live from the Divide was. If you were there, thank you, and I cannot say that enough. The support and love I received at the show was overwhelming and heart warming. It wouldn’t have been such a special event without people like you there to listen to my songs.

When I applied to the DIS program four years ago, I remember thinking, “I hope my brother can play, I hope Kailee can sing and that Isaac can play bass. Also, it would be a dream if I could play at Live from the Divide” and all of that came together perfectly; it is all truly unbelievable.

How about that band?!

The band helped me to bring these songs to life. It would not have been the same without Bridger’s tasteful banjo and fiddle fills, Kailee’s electric guitar and beautiful vocal harmonies, and Isaac’s creative and sturdy bass lines. We had one rehearsal all together the night before the show.

It is humbling to be surrounded and supported by such talented creatives who were willing to put so much heart into my music. Now I just need Bridger to move back to Montana so we can bring more shows like that one to life.

I want to say a big thank you to Dane Thompsen at Live from the Divide. He made us sound as good as well did and manages a stellar venue that facilitates intimate and intentional listening. I would recommend seeing a show there whenever you can.

What is next?

At the show, I mentioned I am looking to release some songs of mine towards the end of the summer and you all seemed excited about that. I feel so much support from the crowd after that show that I feel drawn to get a full-length studio out into the world. There is a lot to plan to make that happen, and after that experience, I know I can do it. So, let’s see what happens.

As of now, the next step is to graduate on May 10th and then head to Europe on the 13th for a few weeks. When I get back to Bozeman I will get to planning recording an album and keep on singing and writing.

Regardless of whether or not you attended the show, I will be releasing a video from the show as soon as it gets edited. If you were at the show, what song would you like to hear released first from the set? If you have any videos or photos from the show, send them my way. I would love to see them. Let me know here.

Thank you for listening and giving me a space to share a sliver of my world. I can’t wait to see what is next.
